The administration
of an estate plan is often more important than its creation.
Our commitment to our clients continues through the probate
process and the administration of the estate. We assist
our clients through the probate of the Will and dealing
with creditors of the estate. We will assist with the
filing of the final income tax return and the preparation
of an estate tax return, if necessary. We will often work
with a clients' accountant to accomplish these tasks.
We will assist in the transfer of assets to beneficiaries
and testamentary trusts. We personally assist clients
over the legal traps and hurdles during a most difficult
life transition.
